Unfortunately, the Saudi transit visa is not available if you booked a multiple-destination flight. You may apply through visa.mofa.gov.sa instead and complete the application process through the nearest Saudi embassy or consulate.
If I have a Saudi transit visa, can I drive during my 96-hour stay?
Yes, if you are in Saudi Arabia under a transit visa, you may drive as long as you have an international or foreign license valid for one year from your date of entry into Saudi Arabia, or valid for one year from its expiration, whichever is earlier.
If I have the Saudi transit visa, can I use it to go back to the country I came from?
No, you cannot use the Saudi transit visa to go back to your country of origin. It is meant to be used to pass through Saudi Arabia before reaching your final destination.
